Shipping PoliciesKLmountainshop.com ships all over the United States. Within the United States you have the choice of UPS express delivery options or Free* Ground shipping.Please Note: We cannot ship to Canada or Internationally.*Free Shipping is only available in the Contiguous United States.We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-72 hours for orders to ship. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through the weekend will not ship until Monday morning.Delivery will occur Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.Please Note: Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50!Free Shipping on orders in the Contiguous United States over $50 will be sent via UPS Economy Ground which can take 5 - 10 days to deliver and is dropped off to your residence by USPS. If you cannot or do not want to receive packages via USPS, you will need to select the UPS Ground option which is a paid service. In certain cases of oversized packages, APO Addresses, or packages going to Post Office Boxes we reserve the right to use United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If you cannot accept UPS delivery, please state that in the comments section during checkout.Please note:Excludes luggage over 5 lbs.Some shipping services used by KL Mountain Siteshop may require signature upon delivery.
Oversized PackagesIf for some reason your package is oversized, we will email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. Your order will not ship until we get your approval regarding the new charges.We also ship free to all APO addresses. If you are shipping to an APO address, please use the Checkout with Multiple Addresses at the cart page. Select the "Warehouse Pick Up" option for shipping during checkout and the warehouse department will automatically provide Free Shipping to your APO address.

Returns & Replacements
If you are unsatisfied upon receiving your order, please return the item(s) in NEW condition within 60 days of the date received and we will refund your money. (New Condition means unworn, unused merchandise that is complete with all hang tags.) If you would like an exchange for another item, we encourage you to order the item immediately to assure availability or you can request an exchange on the back of your packing slip.

To return an item you can use a pre-paid UPS label or you can mail your return via any method you choose.
It can take 1-2 weeks for returns to reach us depending on shipping method. Additional time may be needed due to weekends and holidays.
To obtain your UPS Pre-paid Return label please click here. (This service is only available to US customers and does not apply to items that ship freight. Return packages over 10 pounds do not qualify for use with the pre-paid label.) When you use the pre-paid label $9.95 will be deducted from your refund. Print the UPS label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a UPS location at your convenience.
You can also return an order via any carrier you prefer. (USPS, FedEx, etc.) Please get tracking information and delivery confirmation for your package since you are responsible until we receive the package. It can take up to 1-2 weeks for returns to reach us depending on shipping method and additional time may be needed due to weekends and holidays.
Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
Risk of Loss, Foreign Shipments, Returns, Refunds and Title
You acknowledge and agree that all items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you request that we ship an item to a country outside the U.S. (a “Foreign Shipment”), you acknowledge and agree that those shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Levies”). THE RECIPIENT OF THE SHIPMENT IS THE IMPORTER OF RECORD IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT LEVIES.
We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.
Refusing DeliveryIf you choose to abandon your package and we do not receive the product back, we cannot credit you. If you abandon or return your package, you are responsible for all shipping charges.Get it Today with Warehouse Pickup! There's no need to wait. - Place the items that you want to purchase into your cart and proceed through check out.
- Under shipping options, select "warehouse pick up".
- Complete your order by 10am EST for same day pickup. Orders placed after 10am will be ready the next day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.
- Pick up your order from 1-6 pm Monday through Friday and from 11-3 pm on Saturday.
